Had a upset stomach this week, so first time I have worked out since Sunday.

Scott Cole Disc Dojo 1st 20 minutes. Thanks to the VFers discussing this recently. Perfect for today.

Moving Breath Pilates (2004) 1st 15 minutes.

FitBall Small Ball Release (2001)- Lower Body section. I need to rolling more often!

Really makes me want to go create upper body/cardio circuits in the Blender - I can’t find many Cathe’s like that!

I finally got through my first week of MBF. Today I did Week 1, Day 6, Power Ignite and Day 7, Dynamic Recovery. I'm loving this program. After starting it 2 times and not getting past workout 2 or 3 due to illness and an injury, I'm thrilled to have gotten the first full week in! I start week 2 tomorrow!

I just came in from a 30 minute outdoor walk. Earlier today I did two miles with Leslie from a 4-mile dvd and 10 MS Pilates for Abs. Before bed I plan on a qi gong, yoga or CS/Essentrics routine.
