Thank you for the rotation, Mamaste! Makes me wants to pony up for fitnessfavorites.tv, at least for a few months.

Thanks for that rotation!

I am also intrigued by the idea of mixing the Basics w/ Firm Express....that sounds interesting!

You could also add in or sub in the two Firm Basics that were "recent" releases if you have them - 12 Minute Time Crunch Weights & 12 Minute Time Crunch Cardio.

Inspired by this thread - I just did Firm Basics SwW - wow, that is a good workout! I remember when I was into the FIRM back in the '90's these seemed too easy for me - now they feel just right.

I'm considering doing something like this - b/c I don't think I'm ready for V4, V6 or NSTA - I think the box work in those would not be good for me, although I could do the moves w/out the box and/or use a lower step---

Day 1 - Basics SwW
Day 2 - Basics Fat Burning
Day 3 - Basics ABT
Day 4 - Walk & Stretch
(repeat) - rest day when needed

Another thought i had was to mix the Prime Powers in or maybe some of the WHFN FItPrime workouts in...maybe doing Lean or Fast Cheetah in place of NSTA and maybe Metaboost or Pump in place of V4/V6. I know those use the tall box, but they seem to do so at a slower pace w/ fewer reps.

It seems like there are a lot of options....for these workouts.

It was a lot of fun to re-visit SwW today - I love the way you feel like you are part of the "performance".

I wish I still had my audio copies of the walking workouts Susan Harris did...those would be nice to add, too.

Carol Good idea!

Donna I think adding/subbing in the Fitprimes and Kickbutts are excellent ideas as well!

So many options!!

Donna, you can always skip the step and do the moves on the floor. It’s your workout, you should modify as much as you need.

Thank you, Mamaste!

SwW is one of my top favorite workouts of all time. I did Fat Burning a fair amount too but didn't pick up ABT til much later and have only done it 1 or 2 times.
