Another vote for X-10! I almost have it memorized from doing it so often. In fact, I just did it today before a Heather Robertson workout whom sometimes doesn't include warm-ups. It's truly my very favorite warm-up.

I like the warm ups to Supersets and Push Pull. I like the thorough warm ups and the fact that they aren't dancy. I have used these as warm ups for other workouts where I either don't like the warm up or feel that it's too short.

Does Cathe have a warmup that is all cardio based, no lunges or squats? I thought she had one but for the life of me I cannot recall what workout it would be from. It was on the floor no step.

Does anyone know what I am talking about or was I dreaming.

I always thought she should create a DVD with her warm-ups. I don’t have on-demand so I can’t mix and match. When I first started working out with her about 15 years ago, her warmups had me out of breath.

Maybe Cardio Party? I find that one lots of fun.

Lower Intensity Step from 4 Day Split... fun, fun, fun warm up and can be done on the floor.
