Now I use Billy's balls or wrist weights.

ETA: I see that Amazon sells a "Gold's Gym 2 lb Toning Ball." One ball for $24? I don't think so!
What kind of wrist weights do you have? I've been using light dumbbells while doing cardio and they've been aggravating my wrists. I tried ankle weights on my wrists, but they're too big and just slide around.

Thanks for the tip, samantha-kitty!

Leslie sold some 2-lb soft wrist weights with some set a few years ago and I use those. Also, you could try weighted gloves.

I bought similar balls after my Graves Disease diagnosis, as I was having a difficult time gripping regular dumbbells. They were packaged as "Pilates Toning Weight Balls."

Found this: https://www.dollaritem.com/index.php...ucts_id=753041

Leslie's WATP was my first DVD purchase when VHS started to become obsolete. I never had her special blue balls though, I substituted a set of Stott pilates toning balls instead. Still have them, but haven't used them for anything in forever.

How could I have forgotten this! When I was promoting my fabulous "Alta-Tude Fitness" system, I found a great use for Leslie's balls. Instant figure enhancement!
