I tried... Since I was poking around their 'Cart' is active and I figured why not?

Drats, payment refunded with a note saying they anticipate release around late December.

I just re-started the Erin Motz Perfect Body Yoga program. I think I'm going to stick with that for now. After all, since these are downloads, I don't have to worry about them running out of stock so I can buy anytime I'm ready.

Travis commented to someone on his Facebook page and what he said makes me think these are going to be more advanced than UY.

So if these are more advanced, I think I'd be better off going through the Erin Motz program and then alternating UY practices (for days when I have more time) and Short & Sweet.

It's been a while since I've had a regular yoga practice so as great as the new set looks, I'm not ready for an advanced practice yet.

Oh, gosh!! I'd rather have DVDs too but it's Travis and Lauren...therefore, I will snap up WHATEVER they offer, in whatever form it might be.

If it is more advanced than UY then it is beyond me. I will wait for clips.

I saw his comment and I had identical concerns but then I thought that it wouldn't be possible for them to go more advanced in a class setting... In Short & Sweet they basically choreographed sequences for themselves and performed them (it's actually because of this performative aspect that I never clicked with S&S, it felt like lip syncing to someone else's song!) but a larger class wouldn't be able to keep up with so little setup. I hope that what he said means UY intensity in "short and sweet" format, and many more classes to experience but then at this stage we can still dream!

I hope that will release at least one free class so that we can test drive it!

I will have to cave even though they are downloads. I love Travis so much!

I asked on Youtube what level this program was and he kindly replied:

"Most of the classes are strong intermediate but classes like Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Mobility, Pranayama and Meditation are for all levels...1 or 2 would be considered advanced!" So there is hope.
