I find this very encouraging since I am too fidgety for long yoga practices. I am doing the Winter Sadhana, and I hope to keep up daily or near daily yoga for the rest of the year.

Are you sleeping better? I am definitely in need of that benefit!

Everyone has had such wonderful accomplishments!!

I ran my first 10k and finished under my goal time and ran the entire race. I didn't walk a single step of it.

Hubby and I hiked 32.xx miles in 3 days for my 40th birthday. My goal was 26.2 mi, which we had come close to a few years ago.

I worked out 278 days out of 365 this year. This was the first time I kept track for an entire year and I am pretty proud of myself. I decided last January to do this and I'm glad I did.

I worked out 326 days 2015, so I continued to have above 300 workout days a year (sixth year in a row).

For the past three years I have been focusing more on Health and Wellness than Fitness and I finally had a Eureka moment on January 1 as I was taking my annual stats. I looked at myself naked in the mirror and I was 100 % content/satisfied with what I saw. I mean, it was I, I saw, so why shouldn't I be totally supportive of myself? My body is strong, healthy, real .

Yoga, meditation and listening to my body's needs have gotten me to this stage of gratitude for everything I am.

I seem to have figured out that if I don't keep track, no calendar, no check ins, no lists, or plans, but just keep plugging away, I workout more often, more consistently than I would otherwise.

Lately, making notes that describe each CS episode as I do them is useful, but doesn't disrupt my working out habit. (So later I have the right props available, or know if there's any bending over/head down sort of moves so I can avoid them on headache days.)

Yes even short practices make a big difference and I do sleep better! I try to get in one longer practice a week. Udaya has spoiled me and I am also enjoying MyYogaWorks. There are a ton of short practices on these sites.

As you probably already know there is also a ton of free content on You Tube. I just discovered Leslie Fightmaster on MyYogaWorks and know she has a You Tube channel that I want to explore.

I do the "Dollar-Per-Workout" Challenge every year. My goal was 250 workouts and I did 307. I put a dollar in a jar for every workout day.

So, I have a $307 reward to start 2016.

After a summer of intense outdoor labor, I was able to do push ups from my toes.
