I'm such a geek, Val, LOL!

I am thinking about Option 1 - even though it will take longer to complete, each day will be a relatively short workout so I can either call it good if it is a busy day or I am tired, or I can add on something else - probably my yoga or Pilates.

I'm psyching myself up for a fresh start in November, I have been in a funk this fall - I'm not sure why - nothing is wrong or different - but I feel slumpy and blah!

Thanks, Donna! I might do that, even though I'm terrible with keeping up with posting to everyone , but I'll do my best!
I actually like to focus on yoga and pilates as well so this might be the perfect combo for me!

2015 Weekly Schedules

Hi,
I'm updating with some of Jessica's weekly schedules that some kind VFers have shared with me.

Here's Jessica's 2015 Weekly Schedule - where challenges are mentioned, those are posted in this thread already so I didn't re-post them here. Jessica discontinued her weekly schedule at the end of November, 2015. I know she is busy, but I just loved the weekly schedules and would love to see her do them again from time to time!
