Sharaz= I got my order confirmation immediately after placing the order, but it went to my spam folder. So if you didn't get yours yet, maybe check your spam messages.

i ordered with the discount code. 30 minute workouts sound good to me these days, especially since I'm a cardio hater!!

Do you think I could use lighter weights with these? My doc wants me doing such right now.

Ugh. I've been able to resist so much the past four months, but this... Caved in minutes after seeing the clips. And while I was at Rodale I re-subbed to a magazine and bought a book. So much for the savings.

I figured I'd copy and paste this from their FB wall:

For the main 82-Day program (discs 1-4), you need a couple of pairs of dumbbells, a Swiss ball, and a step or box (stairs would work, as would a bench). Broad recommendations below, that will suffice for most people. It's always nicer if you have a range that goes a little heavier, but these are metabolic workouts and are designed to be done with fairly light weights.

Discs 1 to 4: The 82-Day Speed Shred

Equipment recommendations:

Men
*Two heavy dumbbells (25- or 30-pounds)
*Two medium dumbbells (15- or 20-pounds)
*Two light dumbbells (10- or 15-pounds)
*An adjustable step or box
*55- or 65-cm Swiss ball
*Foam Roller

Women
*Two heavy dumbbells (12- to 15-pounds)
*Two medium dumbbells (8- or 10-pounds)
*Two light dumbbells (3- to 5-pounds)
*An adjustable step or box
*55- or 65-cm Swiss ball
*Foam Roller

Disc 5: The Ultimate Body Weight Workout
*An adjustable step or box

Disc 6: The Ultimate Kettlebell Workout

Men
*One heavy kettlebell (20- to 24-kilograms)
*One light kettlebell (12 to 16-kilograms)

Women
One heavy kettlebell (12- to 16-kilograms)
One light kettlebell (8- to 12-kilograms)

Disc 7: The Ultimate Boot Camp Workout

Men
*Two heavier dumbbells (30- or 35-pounds)
*Two lighter dumbbells (15- or 20-pounds)
*One heavier kettlebell (20- or 24 kilograms)
*One lighter kettlebell (12- or 16-kilograms)
*An adjustable step or box
*One bouncing medicine-ball (5- to 10-pounds)

Women
*Two heavier dumbbells (15- or 20-pounds)
*Two lighter dumbbells (8- or 12-pounds)
*One heavier kettlebell (12- or 16 kilograms)
*One lighter kettlebell (8- or 12-kilograms)
*An adjustable step or box
*One bouncing medicine-ball (3- to 5-pounds)

Disc 8: The Workout from Hell

Men
*Two heavier dumbbells (30- or 35-pounds)
*Two lighter dumbbells (15- or 20-pounds)
*An adjustable step or box
*One bouncing medicine-ball (5- to 10-pounds)

Women
*Two heavier dumbbells (15- or 20-pounds)
*Two lighter dumbbells (8- or 12-pounds)
*An adjustable step or box
*One bouncing medicine-ball (3- to 5-pounds)

How terrible is it that I actually want to try "The Workout from Hell?". I wonder if it is as hard as Jillian Michaels Body Revolution discs 9 & 10? I need more money to keep up with all the great systems coming out lately!

I wonder if they would be effective if I only used up to 10 pounds. I don't really want to lift any heavier than that right now since my doctor told me not to for a few months? I guess? Those are probably only a guideline.

those are guidelines, you should use a weight that will have you reach failure, if thats 10 for you then use 10#s
