Firm Express Rotation

Hi guys. So I've had the new FE series for a month now and haven't given it a fair shot. I've searched the forum and found the intermediate rotation but is there an advanced rotation? If not, for those that have it, how would you make an advanced rotation out of these? TIA

You're welcome!

I did a search using these terms with the plus signs:

Firm + Express + Advanced + Rotation

I have these, but haven't tried them yet as most of the reviews say they are mostly cardio. Is that true? If so, what would be good, short (45 minutes or less) total body or split strength workouts to mix in with these? I was thinking Chris Freytag 10 Pound Slimdown or maybe Montenegro Method. Any other suggestions?

The Sculpt workouts are definitely not mostly cardio. They do have cardio bursts, but you can go very heavy with these, especially Cycle 2 and 4.
