I prefer to do pilates 20 minutes at a time, and some of my favorites are:
- Winsor Buns & Thighs, many other Winsor Pilates videos
- Trim, Tighten and Tone (Kristen Matthews & Andrea Speir)
- Element Targeted Toning for Beginners
I like some 10 Minute Solution Pilates dvds as well. Lara Hudson is great.
