Jari Love DVD glitch?

I did Ripped to the Core ( this workout) a couple of weeks ago, and noticed that my DVD had no warm-up section. It goes right into the "Reverse Lunge/Side Squat." Also, on the exercise menu there is no warm-up listed. But on this clip (at the 2:45 mark), it appears that there is a warm-up.

Was there a glitch on some of the DVDs?

Hi Garrie - is the clip on you're referring to on youtube, Mary, or Jari's site?

my disc is like yours. In other Jari DVDs, she uses weights in her warm up, and I've never questioned the lack of a warm up in RTTC.

however, if you go to the VF Reviews, KathAL79 mentions she thinks there's a later-released version with a TB warm up:

Below that, Beth mentions that the warm up is using light weights (or no weights as cast member Christy does) in the first move.

RTTC the core is in my top 3 favorite Jari's, btw.

ok - in that clip, at 2:45, that move (side and back lunges) is the first chapter of the workout, and notice Christy (far left) has no weights.

if anyone has the later issue that KathAL79 refers to in her VF review, please chime in.

It's what comes after those step squats on the clip that's not on my DVD copy (the total body warm-up with light weights). Jari and crew are doing reverse lunges transitioning to bicep curls, then the clip cuts to Jari and crew doing overhead presses. Jari is then saying, "Ripped is high reps, so we use light weights to define the muscle."

Yes - It had a glitch

Yes, that dvd had a glitch. I had to get a replacement. I think from Mary. The replacement was complete. That was years ago. Great workout, though.

Count me in on RTTC...but my copy is chaptered and has a weighted warmup and I have never noticed a glitch. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
