Where do you get the worst DOMS?

For me, it's triceps and inner thighs, they can be sore for days after targeted workouts that work them hard (like Barlates). Biceps, glutes, back, shoulders etc. usually recover by the next day.

Are there some areas of your body that you get more DOMS than others?

For me I think it's chest, if I've done a workout that has a lot pushups along with flies. I seem to feel it in my chest longer than other places.

The DOMS that hobbles me is in the upper calves. I learned long ago to not come back to doing Step 2-risers high without first doing a week with no risers then a week one-riser high.

Triceps and inner thighs for me too! My triceps are still slightly sore today from the upper body workout I did on Tuesday. Inner thighs are still talking to me from Wednesday.

What workouts are you doing that make your thutt sore? Most lower body workouts hit my inner thighs and hamstrings. My thutt can use some extra attention!
