Hi All-

Maureen- so good to hear from you and wish you a very speedy and full recovery. Itís daunting to go through that. Keep your spirits up, and we will have good wishes here.

Today was GI Jayne Kickboxing ( donít ask - a very strange workout), and the Cardio section from Amy Dixonís Give Me 10.

Jen- I agree about the stability ball- if only I can stay balanced,

Hi!

Yesterday was groceries as anticipated, but I made up for it today!

I walked the dogs for an hour, then I did a 20 minute Peloton country ride - fun! Then I followed that up with Lite PHA 2 (1A, 2A, 2B Premix). Whew! I had the time and didnít want to waste it!
