Downloadable programs - Onnit - 50% off

Hello everyone

There are great downloadable programs on Onnit.com
Am very surprised there is not much mention of Onnit. They have great programs, comparable to Beach Body.
The Barbell and Bodyweight one are really good!

https://www.onnit.com/digital/

Have fun checking out!

Do they have clips? I'm eyeing kettlebell one.

There should be a free workout to view - I managed to see it before I bought the Barbell one.

Darn it. I really, really don't need any more workouts.

But my gym has a good assortment of fixed weight & regular barbells and I've never felt comfortable using them. I bought the Barbell programme to walk me through it.

That's how I ended up loving kettlebells. My gym had them and I was looking for more variety. So I was like, why not learn how?

That worked out well, so maybe this will be the same.

Darnnit because I have 2 programs purchased at full price. FWIW, I think that if you are already decent at BB or KB work, they are not necessary purchases. The instructions is excellent for those learning. I do not find them at all like BBOD workouts... but I haven't experienced all of the latter.

I bought it to have more Olympic lifting like options. Have quickly viewed the workouts - they look good and have some new to me moves.
Plus there are 3 levels - very versatile.
