Here are some suggested rotations that are posted on the Breakthru fitness website:
http://www.breakthrufitness.com/Your...ru_Workout.pdf I've (loosely) followed both the #1 rotation (when my schedule only allowed for the "express" premixes), and the #3 rotation. I really like that Michelle builds in a day each week to do something other than YBB -- obviously, I can do that myself with any rotation, but instructors hardly ever acknowedge that you might have interests other than their system. I love these workouts! |

Thank you, and don't worry about it -- I found them on line. The location has changed, and they're now password protected... but the password is on the dvds, so I don't know what the point is. No one who didn't have the dvds would want the rotation for them. Anyway, if anyone else is ever looking for them they are now here:
