WARNING - OLD THREAD!

is the "Yoga You Can Do It" the same as the yoga workout from the 360° series?

if so, there's one review in the VF reviews section by LindseyLu8. if anyone can provide their reviews on the "Yoga You Can Do It" video that would be great!

Yes, it is the same yoga workout--it is separated into 3 sections, that you can choose from--the 360 series yoga workout (& all the other 360 workouts for that matter) are not chaptered at all & you can't choose even though there's a big gap between sections.

I haven't done the workout in awhile, but if you like Denise's yoga workouts, you will like it. It is similar but it is structured differently & has a few different moves, like half moon.
