30 Minutes of Everything is a fitness class I take from an instructor. The class is a combo of boot camp, circuit training and HIIT training. Each class is something different and runs for 8 weeks. We use sandbags, battle ropes, equalizers, kettle bells, agility ladders, stability balls, tubing and various other pieces of equipment. Most workouts are high rep, light weight. Work for a various length of time on one move then move to another and so on.

It was Aqua aerobics class for about a year. Right now, it is BodyCombat and Bodypump at the gym- with a barre class or yoga every now and then if I can get to the gym at the right time. I go to 24 hour fitness and have 2 gyms within 5 miles of each other. Lots of bodycombat and bodypump classes all week long. Only a couple barre classes.
I like spinning too, but don't like several of the local instructors, so that can be limited. One of the clubs had Cathe Spin in the on-demand system and you can use the bikes pretty much any time at both. But, darn, Cathe talks too much in that workout. |

I'm really into tonique. I am basically obsessed with all things Sylwia. Her new infinity workouts are fun and a lot more doable than some of her early releases, for me anyway. I'm also really into running. I wish I could do more but this dang piriformis syndrome holds me back.
