Alternating S90 and UFC Fit. In my last 3 weeks of each. Contemplating XTrain rotation next. 90 days? 30 days with Low Impact Series? What to alternate with?

I am doing some Firms (strength), Jessica Smith (strength & cardio), Leslie, SBF, and I am restarting CS/Essentrics. I am currently in Season 4. Today, I tried Essentrics for Beginners: Full Body Toning & Barre. I loved it! Oh, and rebounding on my Bellicon!

After years of martial arts training, I am taking a break from it. I'm concentrating on running, and supplementing that with good weight training, metabolic workotus, and WAAY more stretching/yoga (I need it!)
My favorite instructors these days Jessica Smith, Cathe, and revisiting my old WHFNs.
I have also become a very heavy user of YouTube. I love having so many free workouts to choose from, and now that I have an internet TV it's perfect.

Earlier in the summer I re-visited my older Karen Voight workouts (I was inspired by the interview thread!) but beginning July 5th I have been doing Jessica's new set of workouts and really loving them. The only one that has been iffy for me is the lower body circuit, so I will sub for that one.

I have been adding on Pilates, Yoga and CS - depending on what I am in the mood for that day and also walking outside - at work on break and with my dogs in the evening.

I'm less into specific instructors these days and and more into the 30-minute workout format .... Sometimes I add on a 15-to-20-minute stretch or walk workout, but a 30-minute workout is my daily bottom line.

Jessica Smith's recent workouts are perfectly suited for this format, as are KCM, MetaShred, 21-Day Fix, 21-Day Fix Extreme, Jillian Michaels, kettlebell and JNL Fusion workouts.

I've been doing heavy lifting (relative to me and the fact I don't have a squat rack or spotter at home). Body Beast Bulk and STS M2 right now. I completed Build block and decided to alternate STS M2 with Bulk. Works out perfectly. Doing TurboKick for cardio. My rotation is

BB Bulk
STS M2 W1
BB Bulk
STS M2 W2
BB Bulk
STS M2 W3
BB Bulk
STS M2 W4
BB Bulk
4 Bulk and 2 TurboKick on BB week
3 STS plus extra Cathe leg workout and 2 TurboKick on STS week
I might throw in some PiYo here and there for flexibility.
