Reno Fit...from the makers of Shovel Max

Y'all.

I'm so beat, lol. My dad and I are frantically trying to knock out some home improvement projects before my DH has to go in for his bone marrow transplant. (Low immunity for a long time once he comes home; dust and such are to be avoided. We had several pressing projects that we would've tackled this summer but the timeline just got pushed up.)

This week we ripped out linoleum in the kitchen to patch soft spots/water damage in the subfloor (I'll install the new floor next week on my own). My dad has done most of the work; I mainly fetch, carry, sweep, sand, hold whatever I'm told.

And I'm exhausted. This may be tougher than Shovel Max or Leaf Max... and the dust! There's no escaping it! And we're living off take-out cause the kitchen's a disaster zone.

Anyway, I'm sure there are handy women here who've done this workout before!

Yep, reno work can be exhausting! If you're installing a floor, I recommend you invest in knee pads. Your knees will thank you!

I'm not quite at the renovation stage, but my home was neglected for many years (high-stress job with long hours and a long commute.) Before I can even tackle repairs, I've been doing deep-cleans of each room: scrubbing EVERYTHING, de-cluttering, etc. Tho I'm not using as many muscles as renovation work, it's still been exhausting - I hear you! I set aside one week-end day for what "Big Project" I'm working on. I need a workout rest day before and after!
