Thanks for all the info. I have some of these and ordered a few new to me ones.

Irongirl - I always forget about the hidden workouts within Cathe's so thank you. The Meltdowns look like a great option for some intense training per area.

I did the Paul Katami one this morning. I was anxious for the 15 minutes to end and not because I was bored! He really works the arms in some different ways and very thoroughly! A winner for sure. I'm anxious to try the other suggestions. Thank you!

+another recommendation for this one, it is short and sweet! I have a yellow/tan themed DVD cover and it is NOT chaptered, but I skip through because it's worth the effort.

Another recommendation that hasn't been mentioned is Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout. The upper body chapter is about 20 minutes and the DVD is chaptered

Someone mentioned Squeeze, and Squeeze Stronger has an even longer/more intense arm series.

Already answered but Yes, Cathe.

This workout flows well and the music is a plus.

For starters I suggest having, 1s, 3s and 5s handy. Partials burn out the muscles big time. For me the shoulders and tricep tracks are harder.

My favorites:

Heavy weights:
-The Firm's Jiggle Free Arms (from BSS4 aka TransFIRMer series, around 30 minutes), also includes cardio
-The Firm's Upper Body Sculpt (from BSS2), around 30 minutes
-The Firm's Body Sculpt (BSS1), around 25 minutes when you include the warm-up and cool-down
-The Firm's Super Body Sculpt (BSS1), 15 minutes including warm-up and cool-down
-Cathe's Pyramid Upper Body, if you skip the stability ball work and do the warm-up and cool-down it takes a little over 30 minutes.
-Upper Body Premix from Cathe's Cardio & Weights
-Gilad's Arms of Steel (only on VHS but can be found on YouTube)
-Cory Everson's Get Hard Arms & Shoulders (only on VHS but can be found on YouTube, but keep in mind there's no chest and back work)

Medium weights:
-Cathe's Body Max (upper body only), focuses more on endurance, around 30 minutes
-KCM's New You Coming (I think there are two upper body premixes)

Light weights:
-Squeeze Stronger
-Squeeze
-Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout

I converted all of my VHSs including Cory's to DVD with a converter I purchased way back from HSN.

Thank you so much for putting these in categories. I think it is a good idea to use different types of training. I have tended to neglect strength training when my workout time is limited but it makes me feel so much better when I am consistent with doing weight workouts.

How do you decide between a workout being Medium weights vs Heavy weights?

Gilad's Arms of Steel is on YouTube. I also like Gilad's Quick Series -- 15 mins for chest & back, 20 mins for biceps, triceps and shoulders. Faster, higher reps. A nice change of pace! Jari Love's Get Ripped Lean & Chiseled as well as Get Ripped Slim & Lean have excellent upper body chapters (usually 4-5 mins each) you can select... and see your arms wilt.
