Looking for short killer arm workout

Can anyone suggest good arm workouts that are 15-30 minutes and just use.dumbbells? Emphasis on triceps a plus! Open to DVD or paper workouts. Thanks.

Tighten Tone and Torch by Suzanne Bowen has a tough 20-minute upper body segment that is half plank and half dumbbells. Did you want all dumbbells?

I will check these out. I might have some. I used to have Cory's VHS and that was good. So many great old VHS workouts that never went to DVD. SIGH!

hotncmom - planks are OK. I just don't want to have to drag out a lot of equipment or be limited to needing a bench or barbell. I like a lot of Cathe's old stuff before she went crazy with equipment. I prefer more basic exercises.

Keep the ideas coming!!! Also open to ones that are well chaptered to skip lower body. I'm working on losing weight but want to focus on upper body strength training along with cardio. I have a knee that flairs up at times so I limit lower body work to mostly what I get in my cardio.

I converted all of my VHSs including Cory's to DVD with a converter I purchased way back from HSN.

High Reps UB pre-mix is 40 mins. I guess if you skip the bonus burn is shorter.

Uses bands, but can be done with dumbbells only. The triceps track is tough. This one is good for a change of pace and attack the UB in a different way. There are partials which I adore.
