That. is. AWESOME.

This morning, I did 20 minutes of yoga and tweaked my thoracic spine region. That did not awake the light in me, I must confess.

I hope to do some Zumba tonight.

This morning, I did Cathe's Fit Tower Total Body. Usually, I skip segments, but today I did it in it's entirety!

LoveVA - 70 toe push-ups!? That's PHENOMENAL!!!!

This was the only place I knew I could broadcast it and people would understand (other than my husband who also gets it). I hadn't planned to do all 70 on my toes. It's the segment Jari calls a push-up party. I usually go down to my knees after the first 16, but I did the next 14 on my toes and the next 12. Then all of the sudden I thought, "Let's see how far I can go with this." Next thing I know, I had done all 70. That was the first time I had done that.

I bow to you! I can maybe do 10 on my toes and that is on a very good day.

I also did Cathe's Hiit Upper Body Circuit + abs. Oh, 2 dog walks today. I am loving our weather here in our cheese state these days.
