I took a class -- Ninja Obstacle Course -- at a small, private gym in the wee hours of the morning.

While I was doing one of the drills, "Man, I Feel Like a Woman" came on the playlist. I saw my sweat, my muscles, and my resolve -- and yes, I really felt like a woman. Amen to that.

Did Christi's Solid Gold Cardio on You Tube. Mentally challenging yet fun. Also a jog walk with the dog. Then a fitness blender stretch, but I didn't like it.
