Beginners/Getting Back into It/Powerfit Check In, yay or nay?

Hi everyone!

I am starting back to regualar exercising after overcoming some personal issues lately. I am starting a Powerfit Rotation (using the original PF, the 5 workouts, 20 min each). I'm thinking of starting a beginners/getting back to it/powerfit type of check in.

Any thoughts/takers?

I could be interested. I am nursing a shoulder thing and thinking Powerfit band work might be a good thing to add to my rotation along with swimming for my upper body strength work. I have Powerfit & Powerfit Harmony.

I'd join the check-in. I'm a professional re-starter with lumbar and pelvis issues.

Re-starter after 8 months of stops/re-starts due to personal issues, and I just re-started with the Harmony workouts yesterday. Kismet because I told myself I needed to find a way to be accountable this time.

I like that, "professional restarter." It seems I keep losing my check ins. I recently went through some difficult times, and need--repeat NEED--to get back into something. I was thinking a combo of traditional strength and Tracy Anderson, and Zumba for good mood!

I would be in!!! I just started back working out. Feel like a beginner for sure. I pulled out some of my beginnerish DVD's and PowerFit was in the mix. I worked out 4 days last week, which is a miracle. I would love some accountability.

I restarted yesterday and could use a check-in for accountability! I don't have PowerFit; my plan is walking workouts / walking outside, Lauren Brook's SUAT, beginner yoga and anything else appealing I find on my DVD shelf!

I did two PowerFits today - Cardio Move it from PFH and Legs & Shoulders from PF. I also swam 1 km and did a workout from Essentrics Body Sculpting. So my focus will continue to be PF, swimming, & Essentrics for the next few weeks.
