Most intense low impact exercises and programs

What do you think? Spinning and kettlebells in my opinion.

I agree, and I'd also add sandbag, suspension training and slide board.

Ohhh...I have them all...except the slide board. Sounds like I need to get one!

I put stair climbing near the top. The only catch is that you need to find a suitably tall building to climb and make sure to take the elevator down to minimize impact. Stairmasters don't compare.

I've heard cross-country skiing, rowing, and snowshoeing are also great.
