I restarted often with Powerfit, Tracey Mallet's Sexy in 6, and Kathy Smith Project You.

Now I just do my Essentrics/Classical Stretch....all the workouts are easily modified up or down.

I started back exercising about 7 weeks ago with P90 and I really like it, this is my first Tony Horton workout and I was prepared to not like him but he's great. The problem is even with modifying my knees are starting to really hurt a lot, it's the cardio workouts that mostly bother them so I may have to start using something different on the cardio days. For about 4-5 weeks before starting P90 I'd used Essentrics and my knees hurt with that also

Wow, this program provides an amazing amount of support at no cost! I did a review of the program on my blog and passed on the info via Facebook as well. I've personally never clicked with KBs but it's great that there's such a comprehensive lifestyle change program available for free.

I think they were talking about P90, not P90X. Also different from Power 90.

Not her, but I believe it is the same thing.

Yes, Project You came first. Project You Type 2 was rebranded but used the same workouts.
