I would love to take barre or pilates classes, because I don't know if I'm doing it correctly
. Cardio, yoga, and strength training aren't as much of an issue, as I've done those types of workouts for years with trainers and classes at the gym, so I'm pretty good on form.
I would like to be able to do both ideally-- home and gym. I definitely have enough to keep me occupied at home, however it's nice to be able to switch it up.
ETA: I would also love to take Kettlebells. With my limitations, I think I'd only feel comfortable taking instruction from someone that knew what they were doing. Of course, after I got the basics down, I'd go back to my dvds for barre, pilates, or kettlebells.
