Yes please. I feel I don't have too many FB routines. I like to throw FB x3 a couple of times during the year on my rotations.

Met Rx 180 Conditioning 3 - 40 min
Pyramid 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps (calves are 20 reps, abs are 15 reps throughout)
Total Body Giant Set
ch: incline press
back: 1 arm row
sh: seated sh press
tri: seated tri extensions
bi: standing 2 arm curl
legs: squats
ham: stiff leg DL
calves: standing calf raises
abs: crunch
abs: lying leg raises
abs: standing twists

Block 2 - 12 reps each (abs 15 reps)
push up
lying chest cross over

DL
bent over fly

upright row
standing 2 arm front raise

reverse tri kickbacks
standing hammer curl

lunge
lying leg curl (he did with DB, I did with ball)

crunch
scissor kick

Block 3
60 secs AMRAMP squat thrust

Shout out for kettlebells! Nothing beats 20 minutes with a heavy kettlebell for overall conditioning and efficient strength training. I really love Zuzka's Summer Shred series for kettlebell HIIT.

Sharaz, you might like getting the whole set it sells for $24.99 on amazon and or $19.99 if you have amazon prime. It contains three FB workouts and eight splits routines (four for each phase): shoulders/triceps/abdominals, back/abdominals, quads/hamstrings/glutes/calves, and chest/biceps/abdominals.

Cheap! I need to add it to my Amazon saved cart. I'm not going to follow FB x3 anytime soon. I must sit down and choose 2 additionals workouts. I'm thinking something from Cathe most recent series, but need to do more research to find out the good ones.

I also forgot to mention that it has three cardio workouts, a short stretch, and it comes with a stability ball, pump, a light resistance tube with handles, body fat caliper, measure tape, fitness/nutrition guide, and a wonderful 90 day workout tracker, so you could use it as a paper workout if you wish. Which Cathe recent series? Strong & Sweaty?
