Finally did Olympic Lifting this morning, the regular workout.
That was harder than it looks! I used a 22 lb. barbell (it was a bit light, but any heavier and it was too heavy for this workout). I had planned on adding a HIIT workout after this, but I was pretty spent. Next time I'll do the shorter premix with a heavier barbell (probably closer to 27 lbs). I think the 30 minute version is good for a time or two, but I think I'd like to move on to the shorter version. How are folks using this? Are you adding on that premix, and to what? Can you do this after a lifting day? Just a little confused as to how to add it in.
