As far as her cueing for cardio, I didn't have problems with Kickbox and Cardio Blast. Her earlier workouts like the Step-Boxing workout you did, and Ready, Step, Go! are really cued on the fly. But they are total sweat-inducers once you get them down.

Yes I noticed the cueing on the dvd that I did the other day was very much on the fly - but then I guess I'm used to that sort of cueing after doing Cathe's workouts for so long. Once I get the moves, I tend to remember them quite easily.
I have to say, I think Kelly's personality is very encouraging and I think she has an amazing physique - certainly the type of physique that I aspire to!
I'm glad that people on here seem to find Kelly to be a good alternative for Cathe.
