I think it would fit "most" people since the fastner is adjustable. If you have a Walmart near by that carries it, I'd suggest taking it out of the box and trying it on before you bought it.

i get totally grossed out by the fact this vest is not washable! i don't know about the rest of you... but i sweat like a pig... even in the dead of winter!!!!! i want something that is washable!

Walmart doesn't carry Cathe's vest in stores. You have to order on Walmart.com and have it shipped to a store. But maybe the Gold's Gym one, which is carried in the stores, is close enough to Cathe's vest that you could try it on to get a feel for the fit.

I have the 10lb Cathe vest that I purchased from Wal Mart. It fits pretty comfortably and I'm about a size 4/6 on top. I wore it once for walking and I have to admit it wasn't totally comfortable but I love it for doing heavy lower body work. Specifically, the Cathe STS Meso 3 heavy leg workouts. Boy, having that extra weight really makes a difference.

I ordered it from the website and had it shipped to store. There is no shipping charge but they do charge sales tax.
