Basic body weight routine which hits all of the muscles??

I think I remember seeing something posted on here (maybe from military) for a basic body right routine. My daughter just stopped napping and it's hard to get long workouts in. I can do long walks for cardio but in order to at least maintain my strength for awhile I'm looking for a basic bodyweight routine that hits all of the muscles. Is there such thing? Thanks in advance.

I've done this ladder workout. It is tough and fun.

I really like this one by Men's Health. There are a few moves I modify, but overall this one is as advertised. It's also on sale right now for $7.99

Also the Bikini Body Guide are paper workouts that are tough and use no weights (BBG2 incorporates weights). All workouts are 28 min circuits, Circuit 1 and Ciricuit 2 each done for 7 minutes and then repeat. These are tougher than they appear.

Patrick Goudeau has one called Bodyweight Blast. I really like it. It's chapterd so you can pick a segment or 2 to fit your schedule. He hits everything in this. Plus he's exceptional. Love him. It's on sale right now too.

The new Tony Horton 22 minutes DVD cardio part is all body weights. Also, Ruthless set is pretty good.

Two good books, with many different exercises so you can build your own routines, are Never Gymless by Ross Enamait and Bodyweight Strength Training Anatomy by Bret Contreras.

A few years ago some researchers developed a "scientific" 7 minute bodyweight workout which was widely reported in the media. You can find a number of youtube videos of this workout to follow along with. I believe there are even a couple of free apps available, too.
