Rotation posted for KCM using her 30-Minute workouts
Kelly Coffey-Meyer posted a 6-week rotation on her homepage using all of her "30 Minutes to Fitness" DVDs.
It's a PDF showing a rotation using 5 or 6 of her workouts each week. In her forums Kelly says if you only do 4 workouts a week then you can just push the later workouts to another week and turn it into an 8-week rotation plan. I'm on day 4 already
