Today I did an upper body workout from Heather. I also added on my wrist and forearm workout.

Lynn, that is a workout I do pretty often, because it's under half an hour and covers the whole upper body.

Cynthia, light and easy sounds better than lux vehicles when it comes to owning and maintaining, anyway. DH had an older Land Rover in the U.S., and it cost a fortune whenever anything broke.

Diana, yes, our vacation is coming! We have to find a place for the dog, but other than that, the main reservations have been made.

yoga class and a walk.

Cheryl, thanks for this suggestion. Looks good. I'm glad you are doing so well with the tendinitis, by the way.

Cynthia, LOL on the fancy cars. It's CA after all! Good you are taking it easy with the new Rx.

Diana, my friend got through her second round of chemo. Lost most of her hair on this one and is pretty nauseous. It's been rough, but she is 1/3 through.

Did the Heather upper body workout Cheryl suggested. It was good.

Cheryl, thanks again for the tip. This was a good one. Had a bit of trouble with the walking planks due to my shoulder issue -- not the old frozen one which is fine but the other one, which isn't frozen, but was injured somehow, mainly rear delt. But I bet this is good rehab for it.

Diana, hope you get the house in the mountains you are trying to get. Thanks for your prayers. Sounds like you are getting in a lot of gym time, which is a great complement to your walking.

Today I did 30 MIN LEAN LEGS + ROUND BOOTY by growingannanas. I'm not sure why Youtubers put titles in all caps - maybe it moves the algorithm better? It was good - variations of moves unweighted, weighted, and pulses, etc. to wear out the muscle. Low impact, no repeats exactly the same.

Lynn, sorry about the shoulder issues. Hopefully that move will actually help. Heather loves to do those walking planks! Thanks for the update on your friend. That's such a rough experience. Continuing to pray for her.

Diana, hope you get the house for the holidays! Sounds like a wonderful time, and a white Christmas.

Hi Everyone!

No workout to report. I did the shopping for the blessing box at church. I got some walking in, though.

Have a Blessed evening!

No workout for me. I was exhausted from last night. The rehearsal went late. It was a good thing that we were in the big Range Rover, which is like a tank. We had very bad weather on the way home. Torrential rain. My friend is an excellent driver; she felt the tank hydroplane briefly, eek.

But I'm delighted to report some good news: no Rx side effects noted!

Diana, I hope you get that vacation place, it's been very special for you.

Lynn, also praying for your friend.

Cheryl, I look forward to hearing about your vacation!

Today I did the sunset low-impact cardio workout from Audrey Koomar and a standing abs workout from Heather.

Cynthia, great news about no side effects! Sounds like a harrowing ride home but the safest transport you could have.
