Oh, nice! I have his step DVD, and although I don't do it often (not enough TIFTing is a rare problem to have) I thought he had potential and was hoping to see more from him. I believe he is a protégé of Christi Taylor

I see that he has posted some newer content on his You Tube channel!

I didn't know he was a protege of Christi Taylor. I know he has been to a number of Cathe road trips and I "assumed" he got his inspiration from her. Interesting!

(which I know about because I occasionally scour the internet for any word of what she's doing now, in the vain hope that she might get back to making more workouts someday).

And he might thank her at the end of the step workout or in the credits but I don't remember that for sure.
