I finished the 30 day Kassandra morning 10 minute yoga series from 2020. I loved it this time as well. That means I am 30/50 for Caroline G EPIC Endgame. I am doing the Katja 24 day from last December 6 workouts per week, so Katja and Caroline will end on Dec 25th.

How do you time everything so perfectly?!

Has anyone done Bodyfit by Amy? She was mentioned in GD and I'm wondering.

The ending on Christmas was just lucky, but finding something about 20 days long to pair with the remaining 20 days of Endgame was me wanting more pilates. The extra four pilates then worked well with the remaining 4 weeks of Endgame.

I have never tried Bodyfit by Amy, but she has a lot of subscribers and a good variety of classes and challenges it seems.

After today's workout don't think I have to worry about cardio before Caroline's full body workouts! It also occurred to me that she will probably introduce a new program Jan 1. And it will need a new name. Any guesses? Epic is a really name that I think will be hard to top. I will continue with my current workout template for now.
