Have you tried gluten free Schar products?

I just heard about these and they sound better than the usual stuff which is full of all kinds of starches. Curious to hear other opinions.

Never heard of them, but I'm going to look for them and try -- thanks. I have to eat gluten free and I do it by never having sandwiches, etc. -- that is, I do not substitute gluten-free products and it mostly works for me, but every once in a while I really want a sandwich, or a hamburger on a bun.

They are pretty good. I've passed the point of using many GF products and just don't eat many "fake" breads anymore, but I have tried Schar chiabatta rolls and some others and they were not bad. Pricey, though.

My husband is GF/DF/SF and gave up bread for several years because he never quite liked the bread options. Then we found Schar products. He uses their white rolls for sandwiches and really, really enjoys having the option. He also eats the table crackers with soup. Finally, he really likes their vanilla and chocolate wafer cookies. They have a low enough level of sugar that he can eat them.

If you're going to eat GF bread products, I suggest trying their products.
