Newest Cathe HIIT

Of course I missed the preorder and the pictures are starting to interest me. Not the cardio ones but the weight workouts. My days of hi-impact are long gone.

What was the initial preorder price?

Thanks.

Current price is 79.99. First price was 69.99. I am kicking myself I didn't order at the beginning, but its only 10 bucks. They have already finished filming and I LOVE their outfits...so different from all her other workouts. Yes, I am superficial about cute workout clothes. Oh, and the workouts look awesome!

I pre-ordered and I'm on the fence about cancelling - I can't do high impact. I'm interested in the upper body weights and low impact workouts. Maybe I'll keep these and just trade for the individual ones.

I am feeling the same way. I just not into high impact anymore.

Yup it was the hi-impact that I didn't want therefore no preorder. Sigh. Maybe I just need to not look at the pictures or read about them here.

Long time Vfer and lurker! I have been doing Cathe for years and am subscribed to her On Demand service even though I have most of her stuff. You can try the new workouts and do her live classes, which are really great! Something to think about before shelling out $80!

I bought the downloads during the initial (cheapest) phase of the pre-order. I paid just under $63. Downloads are now $69 - only a $6 difference! I'm doing less impact than I used to, so I hope I can get my money's worth.

On Demand would be a really great option for anyone who doesn't have many Cathe DVDs - and what a great way to try her new stuff. I agree about Cathe Live - it's really great!

eta: Wow - they completed filming really quickly! Cathe (and gang) have this down to a science.

I preordered these as well and will keep my order in but I am not
excited about them at all now. It looks like there will be a lot I cannot
do (high impact) and looking at some of the comments and pics of the
low impact workouts, I'm thinking "how is Football runs low impact?"
Maybe I missed something? Anyway, I guess I will be able
to do the warmups and cooldowns !

I was only interested in the strength workouts, so I didn't preorder. The backdrop scenery and outfits are cute, but I just want more creative, fun, lower impact cardio. I do like HIIT and drills, but I think I have enough of those. Doing Cathe's MIC and SJP in one week reminded me that my impact needs to stay low or mixed
