More Heavy Bag Questions

I'm loving my heavy bag. A few weeks ago someone mentioned they use workouts that don't necessarily use the heavy bag, but still incorporate it into their workouts.

Do you think Rushfit or Tapout would be easy enough to adapt to the heavy bag? Any other suggestions? Ilaria?

Thx!

I primarily use Powerstrikes, Bodycombat, Cathe and Aerobox. I even was able to use a Kimberly Spreen workout and Susan Chung's Rapid fire the other day with very little modification. I thought about Tapout but have not used the system since purchasing my heavyweight. Try it out and report back.

I always always use my heavy bag for Tapouts, its fantastic! Very easy to adopt, and makes the workout a lot more fun and harder -- in a good way of course. Even when he does plank punches I hit the bottom of the bag, what a difference! I use weighted gloves.

I use Ilaria Powerstrike 5 and 6 on the heavy bag and they are AWESOME! Talk about taking it up a notich!I also use most of Michael Olajide's workouts (not the jump rope ones) on the bag. I am going to get Rapid Fire 4 for the heavy bag next. There are a lot of great workouts on my wish list that don't use the heavy bag in the workout, but can easily be adapted to. Then there is also the Addiction heavy bag dvd's that I add in. But those are an investment. But I love them.

Thx for the feedback and great ideas. I have the Addiction workouts but need to view them and see what's so different in each DVD. I recently bought Rapid Fire 4. Does it have the Heavybag too?
