Squeeze + Kettlebells = ???

Has anyone ever tried doing just Squeeze and Kettlebells for a while? I've got a really busy few weeks coming up with courses and work and holidays, so I thought I would try to purposely limit my choices when it comes to workout DVDs.

I am going to stick to 3 things:

Kettlebell workouts
the Squeeze workouts
running (with Cardio Coach)

Ever tried a rotation of kettlebells + Squeeze or something similar? (like barre workouts)? What might I expect as results, do you think? This is a bit of a departure from the norm for me, but I'm sure some of you will have tried this already....'cos you're probably more innovative than I am.

Hi Adam

Sorry to interrupt your thread but do you know anyone in the Midlands area that teaches kettlebell training or have you followed a dvd. I've just bought my first Kettlebell and I'm not sure if to get professional instruction or just get say Lauren Brooks DVD. Its only a 8kg kettlebell but I don't want to cause an injury.

I'll get the Straight up Sculpt dvd out tomorrow.

Cheers
Laura

yep, that's basically all I've done for the past 2 years and I have the best body of my life. I build muscle very quickly on the lower body, so I tend to avoid any type of heavy lifting. I've only done kettlebells and barre workouts for my lower body in this time. I dabbled with some CLX lower body - but for the most part that's it. The shape of my body is the best it's ever been - and I'm not a spring chicken! LOL My cardio was TJ.

Thanks for the reply, Sue. LOL.....I'm no spring chicken either. Glad you got great results doing this type of work! Did you follow a particular rotation, or did you just 'wing it'?

I'd like to hear, too!

I've just started a rotation of Kettlebells (MAY end up using other AWT/FF, too), classical stretch and running/riding. I'm looking to build my cardio capacity and get a few cuts for the summer.

I'm not familiar with the Squeeze workouts, but I, too, did a rotation with kettlebells, Classical Stretch, and Cardio Coach and I was very pleased with my results. I felt great, too. I think you'll be pleased with the rotation you have planned.
