Carol, thank you! I noticed on her website she offers gift memberships. It's something to consider in the future for me! She's definitely very responsive and sweet on social media. Enjoy your break!!

I'll be back to check-in!

Hi Everyone,

This morning was:

Jessica Valent - 10 Min barre routine (she posted it on You Tube earlier this week)
Jessica Valent - 10 min Booty Routine (also on You Tube).

I enjoyed both of these. I may go back to following Jessica's calendar....it does seem to offer a good balance of cardio, strength and flexibility in a minimalist way.

Nice going, Carol! I like the Fusion rotation, I started it but didn't finish it! I don't mind the looks of the Healthy for the Holidays (or whatever it is called!) challenge that she recently put out - but I'm not quite there mentally yet to do it. My parents didn't exercise either - and it really aged them - in their late 70's they are more like in their late 80's. At least I'm doing something!!! And, my Dad smoked and drank - even though he quit doing both - I guess the damage was done.

Christine - I am thinking now of just keeping Jessica and Ellen...and just using You Tube for everything else. I do like blessful body, but it is $17/month and I don't see myself using it enough to be worth the $$. I did like the looks of the Gone Adventuring workouts - beautiful scenery. I hope they stay up on You Tube for awhile.

Waves, everyone,

Donna

Good morning!

JS 30 Day Walk DVD set - One of the 30 minute Walks. Can't remember the name. Don't have time for ePilates this morning. Hopefully I can do some when I get back from work.

Carol, is the My Curves Online you've been doing this one? https://www.mycurvesondemand.com. That's some crazy pricing they have there.....first month $49.99 and then $24.99/month? I'm just curious.

Waves to all! Hopefully I'll have more time to chat later.

Walk
Pilates Nest, Day 5: Renew

Cheryl, good job! Do you have a tall box for your reformer like he used towards the end?

Cheri, miss you! I hope you'll still check in with just your workouts. That's fine!

Donna, sounds like a good plan! I do miss having a calendar to follow.

Waves Carol, Linda, Brenda, Dana...

No Christien but it's on my radar now trying to think of what I could use in replacement that wouldn't cost $129 dollars. Plus I'm looking to see if there are enough videos showing how to use the thing.

When I laid down on my reformer, I said to myself, *this is just wonderful* where else can you exercise without strain? maybe water aerobics.

yes, Cheri - just pop in with your workouts if you are busy!

Christine - a calendar helps me, too. even if I don't follow it 100%.

I did get out for a walk today - it was chilly but not raining.

That Jessica Smith workout was long but felt good.

Cheri, it's always good to see your workouts even if that's all you can post.

Today was Firm Supercharged sculpting. First time doing this one and may very well be my favorite of the newer firms. Just right length, great music and good pace so I could use heavier weights.

Brenda sometimes a long workout fits the bill.

Cheryl before I purchased a BOSU I did alot of research to make sure I could justify the cost. So I understand what you mean. And that is great reading how happy you are with your reformer.

Donna I actually based my current rotation off of Jessica's healthy for the holidays rotation but used all my own workouts.

Christine when your workout is titled 'renew' it brings to mind a stretchy workout, is it?

Carol with breaks starting for kids I have noticed an uptick at the grocery stores.

Dana and Cheri thanks for posting your workouts...it's encouraging to me to see people continue with the check in.

Well wishes to all!
