Vintage CIA on YouTube
In case anyone is interested, I discovered VINTAGE CIA on YouTube recently.
CIA 1008 - which is old school hi/lo aerobics and CIA 3004 - which has hi/lo, step, and "street funk" (description at the beginning) So break out your vintage workouts clothes and scrunchies and ENJOY!

Thanks!! Sherri Jacquelyn's funk workout at the end of 3004 is one of my favorite hi-lo workouts of all time. She teaches it slow, but it's deceptively hard, especially when she puts it all together (NOT for anyone who hates TIFT). Im glad someone put it on Youtube!
https://youtu.be/p4NvuyzDjRQ?t=4845 The same user posted CIA 5005 which has two really good step workouts by the Anderson sisters and Paul McKean.

How funny! I used to love the CIA's. Though I didn't purchase the whole library, I bought quite a few. Always good music and challenging choreography. I still have a couple Sharon Twombly and Amy Bento's. With some, the choreography was repetitive, but most were just downright fun.
