This was a great question and I forgot to come back and answer. While there are a couple of exercises you'd recognize from SL 1 and SL 2 thoracic mobility and final stretch chapters, they aren't performed the same way.

There are also different exercises that aren't in either SL (and I mean both the thoracic mobility and final stretch chapters .)

I can only speak after doing the mobility exercises, not the entire workout. The Sig Series #1 mobility chapter is unique in that there is a flow as she directs you. I don't mean that it's dancy.
Each movement is performed at a measured pace, well cued and smoothly transitions into the next stretchy exercise. The 14ish minutes is a highly efficient use of my time.

I hope that answered your question.

Yes thank you! I had wanted to order these but I’ve been in a slow/no buy phase. I will probably get them up during another sale period.

I did volume 2 today. Loved it. Her instructions were a bit late on a few moves, but it won’t bother me as i get more familiar with the moves. I lifted lighter than her because yesterday was a strength day. I enjoyed it a lot.

Ah that's a good idea to keep from overtraining. Cool to know it will work for that... thanks!

I am traveling home from vacation today and am hopeful to have these in house when I get back and hopefully do these this week. Thanks for posting about them. I sounds like folks are liking these.

I'm still using them a few times per week. They cover all the basics and I'm loving the mobility portion. I feel nice and loose and as a bonus I have lost a few pounds. I especially appreciate that they don't hold any dread. She makes it hard enough to get results but limits the reps so I find it easy to come back.

Taiga are you taking rests between the days or are you doing something else on your non Tracie days?

I'm mostly walking 2-3 miles on the off days. I'm thinking I may start doing the mobility portion daily (so just add it to my walk days).
