My plan at the moment is to do a daily Essentrics/CS class, since I just subscribed, followed by something to get me going in the mornings (rebounding, Jessica Smith, Bellyfit, Misty Tripoli, weighted workouts etc). Then, a walk during the day (weather permitting) and something stretchy in the evenings: Pilates (daily), Callanetics, Yoga, Chiball, Feldenkrais/Somatics. I'm also planning on a daily meditative practice later in the evening.
It sounds like a lot now I've written it down.
So many things I want to do, so little time. I think I'll call it a loose plan, subject to change.
