Yes, that's my understanding.

Question

Hi ladies,

Question for those who pre-ordered.

Did they charge your credit card immediately and you received access to the downloads ?

Or does everything happen around the release date? - receiving the downloads and the charging of your card...

Hi Everything happens at the release date...you're not charged till then and that's when the workouts can be downloaded.

I asked Terri for more information on these workouts and here's what she gave me...these are SO up my alley ... can't WAIT 😁

Get Leaner Arms & Shoulders with the 60 minute Arm/Shoulder focused workout. This 60 minute download contains 3 hyper-focused, hyper-targeted exercise sequences designed to sculpt, shape and lean-out your arms & shoulders. Add-on sequences on to other workouts or.... stack all 3 sequences for a 60 minute attack to get you ready for tank tops and summer dresses!

Cuing & instruction is 90% onscreen visual cues. Very minimal Voice Over where the head is facing the floor.

Music: presented without music. Please use itunes Radio: Classical: Abacus.fm Beethoven One.

Sequence One: Unweighted.
Time: 18:00 min
Equipment: Mat, Chair, 2 Blocks

Sequence Two: Lightly weighted.
Time: 19:00 min
Equipment: 1, 2, or 3 lb dbs, 2 Blocks, Mat

Sequence Three: Tubing/BodyWeight
Time: 22:00 min
Equipment: Light Resistance Tubing w/Handles, Gliders, 2 Blocks, Mat

Recommendations: Preview. Do everything unweighted first. Find the Active Resistance in the motions first. Then add one lb dumbbells....then 2lb, ...then 3lb...you get the idea.

Hi I just saw this on Terri's FB page:

What is Active Resistance?
Active Resistance is the internal dynamic tension created through engaging and maintaining the engagement of four active resistance points, feet, navel, ribs, shoulders.
Active Resistance Training ® is the first fitness practice that uses this concept as its basis for all exercise applications.

On a personal note, from my perspective, I feel like really engaging the AR points has made me a lot stronger and has just taken my fitness up a notch.
