I had awesome results with Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I did 2 rounds. Lost lots of inches and 25 lbs and gained a lot of muscle. Kettlebells (Skogg and rks) have given me ripped forearms and started shaping up my back. I have to agree with everyone that DIET/caloric intake is KEY. I've exercised before for months and didn't lose any weight because I didn't control what I ate. This time around I'm doing it right!

I have to keep focusing on this everyday!! When I think about how much time and thought I've put into rotations, and spread sheets and then feeling like I'm off schedule if I dont do said workout on said day etc etc, and how little time and effort I devote to what I'm eating it's just maddening and utter nonsense!! When my diet is in check as long as I'm moving everyday the weight comes off.
