Isn't it funny how you can notice some changes as if they happened overnight? The other day, as I was getting ready to go for a training walk, I realized that my legs were looking good enough for me to feel comfortable wearing the 'too short' running shorts I was thinking of returning. Not yet where I want them to be, but definitely improved, and seemingly 'overnight'.
