Experience with these prolapse/diastis recti programs?
Hi all. My youngest is nearly 11, but I'm finally realizing I need some focused attention to address pelvic issues (possible prolapse). Not major enough to warrant medical attention but annoying nonetheless (stress incontinence).
These two programs are frequently on my FB ads. Anyone have experience with either...or even recs for something else that worked for you? I'm also exploring the option of kegel weights (don't know the official name for them). What have you tried before? There are a lot of resources out there you could try for less to see if they work.
I found this NPR article that basically says you should do one exercise every day. Lindsay Brin really emphasizes that move and has a lot of core work that helps you use it. I've been using her Pretty Fierce Weight Loss workouts for years now, and the short core workouts in it really help IF I do them regularly.
