Thanks so much for posting Emily's email. I sent her an email and she responded right away. This is her reply:

Hi Susie, I forwarded your email to the correct address- ondemand@physique57.com. They should be able to solve.

Good luck to all who is trying to cancel.

It is sofunny. I was on the fence about P57 but reading this post made me cancel. That happens when you have bad reputation or bad CS. I lost my trust in them.

This is so not cool. I'm going to mention this to them. They're losing customers over poor service. It's so unnecessary.

Let me know if you hear from them. Actually Im still on the fence since I love Chad's classes. But the questionable CS scares me as much as excess whooping.

I posted it on the ondemand FB group (in response to someone who had CS questions.) Lainee Hunter responded immediately and suggested I tag the affected person so they could make sure she was communicating with the right people, that they normally respond within 24-48 hours. I really hope they get on this! There's really no excuse for it, and I hope they understand how negatively this could affect their business! I love love love the new streaming site, and I really want them to be successful!

I finally received a response from ondemand@physique57.com and they confirmed that their records shows I have canceled. I'll just have to see if I get charged after my trial expires on July 14th. This is the response:

"I have checked your account and it is showing as canceled with no future billing date set. Your trial expires on the 14th of July, you have until then to enjoy our content. "

Good, I hope you don't have any problems. Lainee Hunter said she would look into the Billie's situation, also. I really hope they get on top of this.
