So do you think intermediate, advanced, beginner level?
I think a beginner could definitely do these but if you go all-out (like I did today) these could be considered intermediate. I'm in pretty good shape and I needed a few water breaks.
How difficult is the choreography in these, say compared to hip hop abs and rockin' body? Can someone who doesn't consider themselves a good dancer learn these moves?
Does he do a different choreography per song? I don't like when the build up the choreography, where they break it down and then put it all together at the end.
